In a follow-up consultation, progress is discussed and adjustments are made. Furthermore, every Premium user receives unlimited access to all Premium content in the app—including expert knowledge and helpful tools to guide you on your journey.

And because continuous support is important, our Premium users also have the team available via email between appointments to answer questions or provide support whenever help is needed.

If necessary, our cooperating doctors can also issue private prescriptions—the prescription is already included in the price.

Before your first consultation, you’ll be prompted to complete a digital health assessment (takes about 15 minutes). This helps your expert prepare thoroughly for your session. Once submitted, you’ll proceed directly to the booking page.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details, including a secure video consultation link for easy access when it’s time for your session.

Thanks to your assessment, your Evela expert comes fully prepared. Together, you’ll discuss your health goals, any unanswered questions, and personal challenges. After the consultation, you’ll receive your personalized Evela health plan – a clear roadmap tailored just for you.

You can book your follow-up consultation anytime. During your first session, you and your Evela expert will discuss the ideal timing for your next appointment based on your individual needs. Typically, we recommend scheduling a follow-up after 3-6 months for optimal results.
