HanseMerkur covers the costs of the Evela Health solution for insured persons over 45 as part of your tariff benefits. After purchase, you will receive an invoice. Simply submit this to HanseMerkur Insurance as usual and you can be reimbursed for up to 100% of the costs.

HanseMerkur covers the costs of Evela Health Premium for its insured women over 45, up to 100% according to the tariff. Your Evela Premium subscription offers comprehensive, science-backed support tailored specifically to women over 40. It starts with an in-depth health assessment to understand your individual needs, followed by a one-on-one consultation with an Evela specialist. Together, you’ll create a personalized therapy plan designed to match your unique goals—whether you're managing existing symptoms or taking proactive steps for prevention.
To help you stay on track, a follow-up consultation is included to review your progress and make any necessary adjustments. You’ll also enjoy unlimited access to all premium app content, including expert resources and helpful tools to support your journey. And because ongoing care matters, our team is available via email between consultations to answer questions or provide guidance whenever you need it.
If needed, our partnering physicians can also issue private prescriptions—this service is already included in your subscription.

Registration in the Evela web app and access to the available content there are free of charge. In the app, you can find the Premium offer at the top right under the 'Get Premium' link. There, you can purchase Evela Premium directly via Stripe. After your purchase, all Premium content will be available to you immediately, and you can book your first appointment.
After payment, you’ll find the appointment booking section under "Experts" in the app.
Before your first consultation, you’ll be prompted to complete a digital health assessment (takes about 15 minutes). This helps your expert prepare thoroughly for your session. Once submitted, you’ll proceed directly to the booking page.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details, including a secure video consultation link for easy access when it’s time for your session.
Thanks to your assessment, your Evela expert comes fully prepared. Together, you’ll discuss your health goals, any unanswered questions, and personal challenges. After the consultation, you’ll receive your personalized Evela health plan – a clear roadmap tailored just for you.
You can book your follow-up consultation anytime. During your first session, you and your Evela expert will discuss the ideal timing for your next appointment based on your individual needs. Typically, we recommend scheduling a follow-up after 3-6 months for optimal results.
