DAK-Gesundheit covers the cost of the Evela Premium program for its policyholders in Hamburg, women between the ages of 45 and 60. You register and select "My insurance pays" during the registration process, then choose DAK-Gesundheit Hamburg. You'll then receive an email with the participation declaration. Sign it and send it by post to Evela Health, Chausseestraße 58d, 10115 Berlin.

Your access to Evela is part of a special care program that DAK-Gesundheit and Evela Health offer together. In order for you to participate free of charge, we need your explicit consent once — and that's exactly what the participation declaration is for.

By signing it, you confirm that you're joining voluntarily and that you agree to being supported by Evela. As soon as it reaches us, we activate your account. DAK-Gesundheit requires the declaration in signed form by post — hence this one small analog step. After that, everything runs digitally again.

Your Evela Premium subscription offers comprehensive, scientifically grounded support — specifically tailored to women over 40. It begins with a detailed health assessment to capture your individual needs, followed by a personal consultation with an Evela specialist. Together, you'll develop a tailored treatment plan aligned exactly with your goals — whether you want to address existing symptoms or take a preventive approach.

To help you stay on track, a follow-up consultation is included, where progress can be discussed and adjustments made. You'll also get unlimited access to all Premium content in the app — including expert knowledge and helpful tools to support you along the way. And because continuous care matters, our team is also available by email between appointments to answer questions or support you whenever you need help.

No! Even if you're feeling well, it's worth engaging with the health changes brought on by declining estrogen from midlife onward. The hormonal transition between ages 40 and 60 is an important phase for preventing chronic disease and staying healthy into old age. Estrogen protects the female body in remarkable ways. As it declines, the risk of certain chronic conditions increases. We help you set the right course.

Registration for the Evela web app and the content unlocked there is free. In the app, you can find the Premium offering in the top right under the "Get Premium" link. From there, you can purchase Evela Premium directly via Stripe. After purchase, all Premium content is available to you immediately, and you can book your first appointment.

If you're between 45 and 60 years old and insured with DAK-Gesundheit Hamburg, DAK-Gesundheit covers the cost of the Evela Premium program for you. To participate free of charge, simply fill out the participation declaration and mail it to Evela Health GmbH, Chausseestraße 58d, 10115 Berlin. We'll notify you as soon as your Premium access is activated.

After payment, you'll find the booking area under "Experts" in the app. Before your first appointment, you'll automatically be asked to complete a digital health assessment (takes about 15 minutes). This allows your advisor to prepare optimally for your conversation. You'll then be taken directly to the booking page. You'll receive your invitation for the video consultation, including the link, conveniently by email.

Thanks to your assessment, your Evela expert will be fully prepared. Together, you'll discuss your health goals, open questions, and personal challenges. After the conversation, you'll receive your individual Evela health plan, summarizing all agreed-upon measures.

You can book your follow-up appointment at any time. Typically, you and your expert will already discuss during your first appointment when a second appointment makes sense for your individual case. In most cases, we recommend this after 3 to 6 months.

Our recommendations are based on medical guidelines and current evidence-based research. Our Chief Medical Officer, PD Dr. med. Cornelius Remschmidt, continuously develops the Evela standard together with our experts.

Our advisors are experienced professionals with a medical background — for example, physicians, therapists, or health coaches specializing in menopause. Together with gynecologists such as Dr. Carolin Zich, we develop internal training programs for all Evela experts.
