Registering on the Evela web app and accessing the basic content unlocked there is free. In the app, you'll find our full Premium offering under the "Get Premium" link in the top right corner. You can activate it easily via Stripe. Once purchased, all Premium content is available to you immediately, and you can book your first appointment right away.

After payment, you'll find the booking area under "Experts" in the app. Before your first appointment, you'll automatically be asked to complete a digital health assessment (takes about 15 minutes). This allows your advisor to prepare optimally for your conversation. You'll then be taken directly to the booking page. You'll receive your invitation for the video consultation, including the link, conveniently by email.

Thanks to your assessment, your Evela expert will be fully prepared. Together, you'll discuss your health goals, open questions, and personal challenges. After the conversation, you'll receive your individual Evela health plan, summarizing all agreed-upon measures.

You can book your follow-up appointment at any time. Typically, you and your expert will already discuss during your first appointment when a second appointment makes sense for your individual case. In most cases, we recommend this after 3 to 6 months.

If menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) is right for you and you're insured in Germany, you can receive a private prescription from one of our partner physicians after a medical consultation. This is included in the Premium package. Please note that medication costs are not included in the subscription.
