Preparation in 2 Minutes:
Chop the pumpkin seeds coarsely (optional, for a nicer texture).
Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
Pour the mix into an airtight jar (store in a dark place to keep the healthy fats fresh!).
The Evela Flavor Tip: The Aroma Upgrade
Do you love it extra nutty and crunchy? Briefly toast the pumpkin and sunflower seeds in a non-stick pan without oil until they are golden brown and fragrant.
Important: Let them cool completely on a plate before mixing them with the other ingredients.
Why only the large seeds? We consciously add hemp and flaxseeds raw. Their valuable Omega-3 fatty acids are sensitive to heat. This way, you get the best of both worlds: Maximum roasted flavor with full nutrient power!
Fill the "fine" ingredients (hemp, flax, sesame) into the jar first, followed by the coarse seeds. Put the lid on, turn it upside down, and give it a good shake – now everything is perfectly mixed!
